| We would like to announce the arrival of our new General Manager Phil Staveley. Phil joins us with a wealth of operational experience and is keen to move the company forward into the new decade. Phil Says: "Having worked in large contact centre operational management positions for 12 years, the move into a Lettings Agency as a General Manager was a bit of a gamble, and a complete change of direction, but I've always enjoyed a challenge, and my competitive nature pushes me to seek out opportunities where I can turn something acceptable into something incredible, and Let To Live ticks all the boxes. There is a already a strong foundation of experience coupled with a level of service that can be found in many lettings agencies across the country which are great platforms to build on, and build on them we will. I am determined to make Let To Live the company that other lettings agencies admire for our innovation, efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service, and I have already implemented new systems and procedures that are starting to show dividends.
