What We Need From You
In order for us to provide you with a top-notch service, there are a few things we need from you as the landlord:
KEYS - we require 3 sets of keys for each property
PAPERWORK - Please return your signed Agency Agreement form as soon as possible, so we can start to market your property
RETENTION FEE - we hold a refundable fee of £150 from the first month's rent in the event of any minor repairs
YOUR COMMITMENT - We ask you to work with us in ensuring your property is well maintained and in good condition. This keeps your tenants happy and minimises void periods.
HOLIDAYS - please tell us when you're on holiday if your property is available as that time so that we don't miss out on any potential tenancies and risk them going elsewhere
MESSAGES - always leave us a detailed message if you call us so that we can get back to you within 24 hours
TELL US WHAT YOU THINK - with honesty and openness being central to everything we do, we ask that you are the same with us. So, if you are delighted or unhappy about something we have or haven't done, then please do tell us!
RESPOND TO OUR SURVEYS - as we strive to conitnuously improve we will ask you to occasionally take part in our landlord survey
